My Sister in-law Hired My Ex-employee She Advised Me To Sack

Dear Gist with TBN, I don’t know how to handle this issue with my sister in-law. I had this staff of mine that is sharp-mouthed. The only time I heard her over the chat line is when dealing with a customer that is tough to handle especially those who start to insult you.

I don’t know how she returns the same energy to them and they end up becoming our best customer. This is her only fault I must say but she is a very honest person. Too honest. Our first ever fair exhibition, I noticed people came more to ask of her and everyone who gave her something, she came to show me.

Now, my sister in-law who comes to the stores, acted to have hated my staff. She kept giving me reasons why I should relieve her of her job. Finally, I did in April even though she did nothing wrong. Last month, my husband’s sister opened the same fashion business like mine.

The only difference is our shop line and ma’am guess who she employed. My ex staff. I feel so miserable, and I feel betrayed. Ma that girl was a hands on person. When things spoil like socket, while we are still waiting for electrician, she gets it sorted. I know i sacked her unjustifiably.

She came to greet me today. I’ve been feeling somehow. I want to ask my sister in-law some questions. More like confrontation. But I don’t want it to turn into a very big fight or cause a quarrel between our families.

Should I go ahead Or should I let it go? But what if I call the girl back and offer her a better salary? Would she come back? What do you think?
