Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids are not enjoying the luxury of nannies and house servants waiting on them as several royal fans thought. Instead, their parents are making sure that their kids become more involved in their household activities.
How is this possible? The future king and queen decided not to have several household staff more than necessary. This enables their three children to do house chores after school and when they have free time. That is not to say that they have no home staff at all.
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids include George, 11, Charlotte, nine, and Louis, six. Contrary to the luxury lifestyle the Royals are expected to have, The Wales’s operates a traditional household with no more staff than necessary.
According to a page Six royal source, “It would surprise people to see how ordinary things are at home. The children help with laying the table, clearing their plates when they’ve finished eating and helping with tidying up. There’s no special treatment.”
Again, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids are expected to do their household chores after school in a bid to keep them grounded and humble. Even Kate Middleton’s cancer and treatment did not interrupt this dynamic. When it becomes hard, her family is there to support her.
The source said: “Catherine is very, very natural. She keeps the family down to earth. Home is a haven. In a bid to keep things functioning as smoothly as possible, she has been keen for everything to carry on as normal for the children.”
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids have been spotted at several events with their parents after her cancer diagnosis and ongoing continuous treatment. George and Charlotte had attended Taylor Swift’s London concert with their father while Charlotte was at the Wimbledon finale with her mother.
