King Charles was diagnosed with Cancer, news sent out by the Royal Family to avoid assumptions following his recent prostate procedure. Per the Daily Mail, the prognosis is very “good” as the disease was caught “very early.”
The outlet further reported on Monday that despite the diagnosis, the king continues to exhibit an upbeat attitude and dedication to his duties. Apparently, it has “amazed” his family and friends. The cancer report comes after underwent a procedure for benign prostrate enlargement in late January.

“King Charles has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties,” the statement read. “Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”
King Charles chose to publicize the news “to prevent speculation and in the hope it may assist public understanding for all those around the world who are affected by cancer.” Apart from him, his daughter-in-law Kate Middleton was also operated on the Abdomen.

“The surgery was successful and it is expected that she will remain in hospital for ten to fourteen days, before returning home to continue her recovery,” a statement on behalf of the Princess of Wales read. While the cancer diagnosis is not good news, something akin to one may come out of it.
King Charles’ two children Williams and Harry who are feuding may be inclined to set it aside. Harry flew to the UK on Monday to visit his Majesty. Insiders added that the Duke of Sussex’s wife, Meghan Markle, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, would not be travelling with him.
