At 19, the actress had married a billionaire, politician and polygamist Ned Nwoke as his seventh wife in April 2019. The politician was older than her with about 38 years, a decision that landed her and her mother in fresh media controversy as several Nigerians blasted her mercilessly for ruining her life with money.

Seeing the photos, several fans took to the comment section to hail Regina Daniels with one comment writing,” The only female that made the right decision in Nigeria.” This comment was in reference to her marriage to Ned Nwoko.
