Jennifer Lopez and her husband look absolutely adorable on the Red carpet for the premiere of her latest film. They served major couple goals at the This Is Me… Now: A Love Story premiere in Los Angeles.
The singer and actress rocked the most gorgeous strapless black gown featuring a sheer maxi skirt. The gown’s skirt featured shimmering silver detailings of all the star signs. She added a pair of black high heels and completed the glam look with matching black arm sleeves.
Jennifer Lopez wore her hair down while her face showed bold make-up topped off with smokey eyes and shiny nude lips. She further accessorized with platinum diamond encrusted jewelry including large earrings and multiple rings on her fingers.
On his part, Ben Affleck looked dapper in a classic black suit with matching dress shoes and tie along with a crisp white dress shirt. His short locks were combed to the side and he sported a beard. The premiere comes after the star revealed that the movie This Is Me… Now: A Love Story is one of her three upcoming projects where Ben served as a bit of a muse to her.
Jennifer Lopez is set for the release of her projects about her love life. The movie, an album and a documentary chronicling the making of the film and record, The Greatest Love Story Never Told. In a lengthy interview with Variety, it is revealed that Lopez had used love letters written by Affleck while brainstorming on her new album.
Variety reports Affleck was shocked when he saw that the letters had been presented to his wife’s colleagues.’I did really find the beauty and the poetry and the irony in the fact that it’s the greatest love story never told. If you’re making a record about it, that seems kind of like telling it,’ Ben told the camera.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s romance is very popular. The duo were formerly engaged in 2003 and later broke the engagement. Other partners down the line, they reconnected and tied the knot in Las Vegas and again in Georgia in 2022.
For the project, Affleck offered his wife plenty of guidance as she made her film, one which she financed herself. ‘He realized this was a surrealistic, fantastical journey that we were making,’ she explained. She was further advised by her spouse to keep the movie ‘really tight’, as she was contributing her own money to the project.
Lopez also recalled to Variety how her husband explained the filmmaking process to her: ‘Ben told me, “You’re gonna write it, and then you’re going to film it,”‘ she remembered.
