Now, several prominent people including former president Barack Obama and celebrities are throwing support to the ailing president. Reacting to the news, Obama praised the 81-year-old as one of the best presidents the country has seen on medium. He further noted that the president has shown patriotism and love for America while taking a jab at Donald Trump.
Hollywood actor George Takei writing on X praised President Joe Biden and declared support for Kamala Harris. “I want to honor our President @JoeBiden. Rapper Lil Nas X took to the president’s comment section on Instagram to poke fun at the situation writing, “Wow It’s really jover.” US former president and his wife, Hillary and Bill Clinton (x) also shared a joint statement praising Biden and declaring support for Kamala Harris against Trump who they called a dictator.
Another politician and the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg also had something to say about President Joe Biden decision to step down.
