Ben Affleck Skips Jennifer Lopez’s Bridgerton-Themed Birthday Party Amid Marital Woes
Tension heightened around the Hollywood famous couple as Ben Affleck was noticeably absent on his wife, Jennifer Lopez’s Bridgerton-themed party in celebration of her 55th birthday. The star is currently in Hampton alone after a solo vacation in Italy.
She reportedly flew to Hampton for the Fourth of July celebrations and has been there ever since while her husband remained in LA where he is filming his blockbuster movie, The Accountant. He has also moved out of their matrimonial home.
In celebration of her 55th birthday which is still coming up on July 24, she partied Hampton style as she had a Bridgerton-themed party seeing guests rocking several outfits from the Regency romantic movie making waves. According to People, there were “trucks carrying furniture and flowers.”
The outlet so reported that there was “a horse trailer, valet, security, [and] waiters.” However, there is one thing or rather one person missing. It is Ben Affleck, Her husband of two years whom it was reported in May that they are currently going through some marital challenges.
It is even being speculated that the couple are close to divorce. The Bridgerton-themed party comes amid news that Jennifer Lopez is out for blood, Ben’s blood. The star is alleged to be asking for half of the actor’s worth if the case comes to divorce but that is only because she feels he abandoned her.
Media outlet, Daily Mail has also confirmed that the star has given up trying to save her marriage and is now heeding the advice her mother gave her. “Jenny has had enough and she tried but she can do no more, it’s not getting any better, it’s worse.”
A Radar Online source says, “She isn’t the one who gave up on their marriage and she’s feeling seriously burned and is out for blood.” “If he had stayed in the marriage like a good boy, she wouldn’t have minded.”
