Kayne West’s Protege Is Back Online: Julia Fox Supports ‘Love Is Blind’ Star Chelsea Blackwell Megan Fox comparison
After a long time hiatus from controversial dressing, Kanye West’s ex-girlfriend and former protege, Julia Fox is back online. But it’s not for any fashion reason, rather it’s to support “Love is Blind” star Chelsea Blackwell following the amid backlash for comparing her physical appearance to Megan Fox.
Chelsea Blackwell, 31, took to TikTok on Tuesday to share a clip begging anyone who has ever told her she resembles Megan Fox in the past to come forward immediately amid the harsh criticism. And the weirdly dressed model was on hand to support her.
Julia Fox vouched for her in the comments section of the video, writing, “Don’t worry sis. I see it.” It is worth noting that Julia and Megan are not related. The latest news comes after Blackwell shared a TikTok video talking about the backlash she received over saying she resembles Megan Fox.
He captioned the video, “Go on a show to find love > get your ass dragged.” The video was set to Led Zeppelin’s 1970 hit “Immigrant Song.” She also reposted a statement her friend shared on her Instagram Story to hit back at the haters.“
Like Julia Fox, other stars supported her. Presley Carter wrote, “People are so mean here on the internet and take reality TV way too seriously. Like it’s a show y’all, we need to cool it.”“These are real people with feelings and emotions. We’re ALL imperfect, all trying our best. Please respect the cast through this.”
What really triggered the backlash was that Blackwell spoke about her appearance while still dating in the pods on “Love is Blind” Season 6. She told her love interest Jimmy Presnell, that she has been told several times that she looks like the “Transformers” star.
She noted that she doesn’t see it herself and that the comparisons happen because of her “light eyes and dark hair.” “That’s the only reason. There’s nothing else,” she asserted. Others may not have seen it but it appears Julia Fox did and maybe it’s true as well.
Her love interest Presnell also did not too. After they met for the first time after getting engaged, he openly told the camera in his confessional that he was surprised by her appearance. He even called her a liar for saying she resembled the Hollywood bombshell. Other fans have shown support for her as well.
“Y’all are wild for saying this woman doesn’t look like Megan,” one person wrote under her post from Tuesday. “I see Megan everyone who says she doesn’t is trippen [sic]!” another added. “At least the Megan Fox before she had all that surgery done.” A third supporter penned, “Anyone who says you don’t look like Megan is lying!!! Gorgeous girl.”
