Angelina Jolie Refuses To Turn Over Past NDAs To Brad Pitt As Winery Chateau Mireval War Drags On
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been at loggerheads for seven years over kids and Winery Chateau Mireval amid a long bitter divorce battle which is speculated to be finally nearing its end. The actor has now dropped his pursuit of seeking shared custody of their children.
Per DailyMail.com report, the couple, who have been embroiled in a long divorce battle since their split in 2016 is currently in talks to reach an agreement over their divorce proceedings. But the talks are nowhere close to concluding their case over the winery.
Now the winery Chateau Mireval court case has been exacerbated with Brad Pitt through his lawyers stating that his estranged wife turned over her past NDAs. A move her team of lawyers countered stating that his request was borderline “expensive,” “wasteful,” “unreasonable” — and even “abusive.”
The latest development comes after Brad Pitt’s legal teamed filed a motion asking the Maleficient star to reveal other NDAs she signed with with third parties regarding the winery. Earlier on, the Benjamin Burton star had asked her to sign an ND A which she stated is out of it as it implies, her not going public with her claims.
In regards to the winery Chateau Mireval, he is now asking that she reveal the past ones she has entered. Jolie on her part refused saying that it breaches the privacy of other brands. A new date has been set for May 16 though a full trial is not expected this year.
The former couple separates following a fight aboard a private flight in which the actress claimed that Brad ‘choked’ one of the children during the horrifying dispute and ‘struck’ another in the face, leaving her and the kids feeling like ‘hostages’ and cowering in fear under a blanket for hours until they landed.”
The actress further alleged that he grabbed her by the head, slammed her against a wall, and violently shook her at one point during the flight – which resulted in her injuring her back and elbow. Brad’s rep called Angelina’s account ‘completely untrue’ to CNN at first, but then released an amended statement to the publication that read: ‘Angelina’s story continues to evolve each time she tells it.
