Davido’s Baby Mama And Businesswoman Sophia Momodu Checks His Logistics Manager Over His Comments

Davido and his first baby mama, businesswoman, Sophia Momodu have been in the public eye for their incessant feud. The feud which started when the singer allegedly married his now wife, Chioma Rowland has caused the singer not to see his daughter for quite some time.

Recall that since last year, the mother of one has continued to call the singer out for shying away from his responsibility of providing for their daughter Imade and insinuated that the singer wanted her to keep sleeping with him before he would give them any money.

Since then Sophia Momodu has taken to caring for her child and prevented the singer from getting in contact with his daughter. Perhaps that also explains why she didn’t hesitate to black her baby daddy’s logistic manager, Isreal DMW for commenting that her daughter’s recent abroad trip was sponsored by Davido.

Apparently, Imade was interviewed by Pulse Nigeria for a Children’s Day post. And the girl child noted that she has visited several countries. Taking to the comment section, Israel commented “Oga’s Money,” implying that it was all paid for by the Afrobeats sensation, a comment that triggered the girl’s mother.

TBN believes that despite the current status of their relationship, some of the trips perhaps not recent ones were sponsored by Davido. It was quite clear how much the singer loves his first child although he may have pushed back when he lost his son, Ifeanyi in October 2022. Fans allege that was when the fight with Sophia Momodu started.

That was also when news filtered in that he had married his now wife, Chioma Rowland Adeleke. A move that shattered his first baby mama. Now, back to her response to Israel’s comment, the businesswoman warned him explicitly not to bring his lies close to her child and herself. And took to her Instagram story to issue a PSA.

“I told Isreal the 1st time he lied on social media that I didn’t find it funny & he apologised. Why he’s lying on his oga again on my child’s post is beyond me. What does my taking my child on a tour of the south of France have to do with your oga’s money? Y’all owe me so much money but have the audacity to be capping on social media. Is Isreal ok?” One story read.

“Like.. I’m busy! I’ve always been very clear on understanding my purpose as a parent. It’s either you’re helping or you’re a distraction. Just capping anyhow on Children’s Day for that matter. Isreal no Dey fear God? What’s all this?” Then continued, “This is what happens when you openly disrespect someone’s boundaries. You’re too close to home to be telling such lies openly without considering the repercussions.”

“As a single parent, openly telling such a lie even if it was ‘jst a joke’ actually has its repercussions. I work really hard to take care of my child & provide for her needs. It’s unfair to give people the impression that I’m being funded by some oga,” Sophia Momodu finished. While the mother of one may be saying the truth, fans believe she is only jealous that Davido set some boundaries after his marriage.
