Fan, Justen Lipeles Sues Madonna Over X-rated Concert And Unconducive Concert Venue: See Details
The celebration tour may be over, but the aftermath is still rolling in as a fan sues Madonna for an extreme X-rated performance and unconducive tour venue in her Miami show. The fan, Justen Lipeles noted that he was forced to watch sexually charged content without prior warning.
He reasoned that he wouldn’t have purchased a ticket if he had been told that the concert would be X-rated. Apart from the nature of the show, the fan just like several other fans had other things to complain such as her tardiness, the environment and her performance.
Recall that before Justen Lipeles, other three ticket buyers sued Madonna for being two hours late for two of her December 18 DC shows. Rolling Stone, who obtained the documents of the filing, noted that her tardiness made them Leave the show and not get a value for their money.
There were other additional complaints that the venue was not conducive too and that she did not perform only lip-syncing meaning that she disrespected several fans who paid to watch her. Fans who were at the show recalled that she apologized for her lateness but then that’s who she is and that she is not changing.
The only difference between Justen Lipeles and other lawsuits was the pornography but he also complained about the lip-syncing and unconducive environment. In his sexual content claim as obtained by the Blast, he noted that he was “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sex acts.” There was also video evidence of her dancers giving lap dances onstage and her kissing a woman.

Then in reference to the unconducive environment, “Forcing consumers to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is demonstrative of Madonna’s flippant disrespect for her fans.” It wasn’t that the venue was bad but his claim says Madonna ordered for the ACs to be turned off.
She wanted her fans to remove their clothes. It is also not the first time she requested as noted by media outlet Fox. He also claimed that the singer was late and the show started almost two hours late. In all, Justen Lipeles is suing Madonna and Live Nation for six crimes.
