Several fans failed to understand what exactly Selena Gomez sees in her boyfriend of one year, Benny Blanco. Lately, public opinion seems to be against the couple as the singer has been spending a lot of energy defending the love of her life.
Recall that in early July, the singer defended her choice of man. According to some fans, Benny Blanco is not worthy of her because of his looks but Selena Gomez hit back at the trolls saying that telling fans that he was her perfect choice. And that if they loved her, they should be happy for her and her choices.
Weeks after, Selena Gomez is yet again defending Benny Blanco from Trolls again. This time around, she responded to a fan’s comment on a TikTok post of herself at a much younger age saying “She was in her IT GIRL era.” The fan fan had referred to the producer’s look writing, “I know and so do you that at the time you would never have gotten engaged to Benny.”
The star had responded noting that despite the laughter then, she was in a much worse headspace than she was right now. “Kinda makes me laugh because I was so depressed back then lol.” In other words, she is doing fine so much better with Blanco than she did when she was with Justin Bieber.

Even fans who seem to have been tired of the constant belittling of Selena Gomez choice of man berated the troublemaker writing”Benny treats her like a queen.” Another added, “people who hate on the relationship gotta get over it. she’s the happiest she’s ever been.”
