Barely a week after her younger sister Vivienne’s name was listed in the credit of The Outsiders, without Pitt, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt has now filed to legally remove her father’s name from her name as she she turns 18. A clear indication that she has chosen a side in the feud between her parents, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
The estranged couple who have been in court over their jointly owned winery, Chateau Miraval and custody of their children have three biological children Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne, and three adopted children: Maddox, Pax and Zahara. Apart from Shiloh and Vivienne, other adopted children also do not use the name as well.
However, it is only Shiloh Jolie-Pitt that has made the move to legally remove Pitt from her name. Per the TMZ report, the youngster filed to have the name removed on Thursday after she turned 18th on Monday, May 27. However, the request is yet to be approved. The name change comes after Tony Webb testified in court against his former employer, Angelina Jolie.
Former security aide Tony Webb testified that he overheard her bashing her kids for trying to spend time with their father. He further stated that the actress made threats to sue him and other security aides if they attempted to testify“in a custody proceeding.” This is a result of the non-disclosure agreements he and the others signed when resuming the work.
Recall that Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and the rest of her siblings were aboard the plane when the 2016 fight that triggered the divorce happened. Since then the couple has been caught up in messy divorce proceedings over the custody of their kids and a joint-owned winery Chateau Miraval.
Brad Pitt is yet to make a statement about his estrangement with his kids.
